Man on the Street

The piece would probably be 7-8'x 5'.

 In the execution ideally the head would turn w/ the wind...can't be certain the wind would move it until we test it out... that is the intention.  Assembling it together  the base and the hat  will not  move... the profiles will be constructed of bands of steel twisted to of course make a profile and catch a breeze.
