Musico

Musico : (16’ H x 6’ W x 6’ D)

The proposed works Opus_1 and Sequence are the outcome of the previous body of work using reclaimed steel to compose large geometric forms.  These two large scale sculptures from the Construction Series are made using mild steel and patina finishes which are my materials of choice at the present time. My current compositions play with balance of forms such as we balance different situations in life.

The Musician sculpture is an older work included in an exploration of music and our interaction with it. This piece is made out of steel and white paint finish. I chose white to contrast color usually associated with music.
